The service department is top shelf. Twice I have run into basically emergency issues on my truck and both times they worked me in for the repairs. I took truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. My dash indicator showed the back driver side tire pressure monitor was not working.The tech knew that using their device that checks the sensors wou My dash indicator showed the back driver side tire pressure monitor was not working.The tech knew that using their device that checks the sensors would deactivate the 3 working sensors, I was never informed this would happen.I already knew my back tpms was not working when I took my truck in and I did not ask them to repair it. I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the only remedy was to change out the back sensor at a cost of $175.00. Bottom line I went in with 1 sensor not working, which I already knew, and came out with 4 not working. I was informed what had happened after the fact and never given an opportunity to decline their checking of the tire pressure monitor. More
