Recently bought a used Mercury Monterey Van from John at the Uftring Auto Mall and was very pleased with the experience. My wife and I felt like in each case he listened to what we were looking for and showed us vehicles that satisfied those needs. We never felt pressured or pushed toward a certain vehicle or option, and felt John showed us a variety of options that fit our description. With both the Forester and the Monterey, John made the closing process swift and easy. In the case of the most recent purchase, John made himself available outside of dealership hours and was always quick to respond to my questions, whether it be through an email, phone call, or text message. My Ford automobile developed a problem that morning, at which time I contacted the dealership's service department. I was scheduled for an appointment to drop off my car within the hour. Don contacted me about two hours later and explained the problem and the cost. After giving them permission to proceed with the repair, Don contacted me about two hours later and said my automobile was ready. The courtesy van appeared in my driveway about 20 minutes later and gave me a ride back to the dealership, where I paid for the service and was back on the road the same day. Everyone was very courteous and the dealership provided excellent service! More
