I would have given it a 5 if I had been told ahead of time that it was going to take 3 hours (which I think would have been known since it was a recall). Service manager was great. Was greeted pleasantly. Waiting area quite nice with lots of room to sit, including tables with chairs. There were 4 choices of coffee, including decaf, again a surprise, and the two I sampled were hot, fresh, and delicious. Work on car was done within the estimated time frame and received a complimentary wash as well. Only wished I lived closer than an hour and a half away. Would have my car serviced here all the time otherwise. More
