Easy to schedule. Love the car wash after. My friend raved about your service and that my salesman would come by while I was there to ask how it was going and if I had Love the car wash after. I did talk to Mitchell in sales and he answered the questions I had. Would suggest that when a salesman leaves, you assign someone to the customer. I do love my Murano. More

Arrived at the dealership, got out of our car service advisors at their service desks looked at us for a minute didn't really respond. Finally responded about our car in for the service vehicle was done advisors at their service desks looked at us for a minute didn't really respond. Finally responded about our car in for the service vehicle was done in about 20 minutes and we waited another 20 minutes before anybody came to tell us the vehicle was ready. Despite receiving an offer in the email for a five pack of oil changes and filter filters no one including the finance manager was able to help us with that very disappointing. More
