I would have given it a 5 if I had been told ahead of time that it was going to take 3 hours (which I think would have been known since it was a recall). Service manager was great. Was greeted pleasantly. Waiting area quite nice with lots of room to sit, including tables with chairs. Was surprised to not only have complimentary coffee available, but bottled water and snacks. There were 4 choices of coffee, including decaf, again a surprise, and the two I sampled were hot, fresh, and delicious. Work on car was done within the estimated time frame and received a complimentary wash as well. Only wished I lived closer than an hour and a half away. Would have my car serviced here all the time otherwise. More

Wesley was very pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I did purchase a vehicle. Would have rated Uftring 5 stars but turned out my new (to me) vehicle had an ob It was a pleasure doing business with him. I did purchase a vehicle. Would have rated Uftring 5 stars but turned out my new (to me) vehicle had an obvious tear in the upholstery in the backseat which necessitates me having to come back to have it repaired. Not thrilled about having to make close to a 4 hour round trip for that. Would have much nicer if it had been fixed prior to the car being put up for sale. More
