Great Internet buying experience! I live out-of-state and was researching a hard-to-find used car I had seen listed online by Uftring. Kristen replied to all my email questions quickl I live out-of-state and was researching a hard-to-find used car I had seen listed online by Uftring. Kristen replied to all my email questions quickly and professionally. Not only did she send additional pictures, she arranged for a sales consultant to phone the original owner to get more information on the car's history. Once the deal was made, she and Lettie were extremely helpful in follow-up phone conversations about making the necessary financial transactions for an out-of-state purchaser. She even arranged for Jasen to pick me up at the airport when my flight arrived! That was totally unexpected and highly appreciated. At the dealership, Jasen took excellent care of me and I guess word got around that I was there because several other people stopped by his office to say hello to the man from Texas and to congratulate me on the car. Everyone was very friendly and I felt quite welcome while I was there. Lastly, on the financial end and paperwork, Abe was highly professional and transparent. There were no last minute surprises or gotchas; everything went down exactly as previously discussed. The car itself had been beautifully detailed and was immaculate clean and shining.
