Fast curtious service, I was a little disappointed, I had a definite front front end problem, I used 2 new tires in 6 months, both tires down to the wear bars, this service was requested to find what suspens a definite front front end problem, I used 2 new tires in 6 months, both tires down to the wear bars, this service was requested to find what suspension part was broken, requested an inspection, they did find the broken control arm bolt, which I thought would have been noticed a month earlier when they tried to align the suspension, I was charged $90 to tell me what was broken, I already knew I had a problem, but didn't know what it was! Dylan was great and my car was done to my satisfaction. When I came to pick my car up no one acknowledged me for about a half hour or so. People were in there not really busy but no one asked if I had been helped or why I was there , they just ignored me until I asked one of the guys ' Am I invisible ' ?? He replied ' no , I saw you when you almost fell while getting out of the car ' . He didn't ask if I was ok or anything. He saw me drive into the service area. I shouldn't have had to be there all that time and be ignored. Dylan didn't k is I was out there until someone finally asked who I was there to see . Dylan came out and took care of me at that point.
