Terrible dealership,, please spend your time and money elsewhere,, I talked with Belinda about buying a 2011 Jaguar Xf that looked really good and promising from photos and the CarGuru info,, I went ahead elsewhere,, I talked with Belinda about buying a 2011 Jaguar Xf that looked really good and promising from photos and the CarGuru info,, I went ahead and payed the $500 deposit fee and sent my basic info to have the car put on hold,, after doing a bit more research about the company i found that they hide all the bad reviews on yelp and use these fake ones to draw people in,, It goes without saying i was no longer intrested in the car so i washed my hands with it and moved on,,Skip forward about a month and im now getting a monthly payment of $327 for a car I not only never made i down payment on or signed for,, but i dont even have the vehical sitting in my driveway,, I was told by Belinda that my $500 deposit would be garnished and the car would be marked unsold as seen in the screenshot,, why am i reciving a monthly payment? Then im told that they can unwind me from the contract but i have to pay the fees?,, Please stay far far away from this place please,, Ive been in contact with my Attorney about this scamming dealership,, also forgot to mention that when I called and confronted Belinda she hung up on me and the company ignored every phone call after,, I will no longer be supporting CarGuru until this company is dropped from their website since they are the main reason I felt safe dealing with this company,, dont fall for the scams and the fake customer service,, this place is the worst location to get a vehical.
