After the test drive I was in love, and they worked with me from test drive to pick up and Belinda was super responsive to my very specific requests. I was especially impressed that I got the car for an entire day to get it checked out at Audi, and then Ultimate fixed the minor issue found. The car is in such good shape it still has the OEM accessories wrapped in the original plastic. Belinda didn't even request the holding deposit until after that inspection and according to Audi, the car was priced 4K under bluebook. I've bought several cars, mostly from big dealerships. This is the first time I've walked away not only happy with the car but happier with the deal and happiest with the service. I highly recommend them! More
