Spectacular customer service from Traci! I spent weeks traveling all over Houston to test drive preowned vehicles that did not match their online description. Before visiting Ultimate Mot I spent weeks traveling all over Houston to test drive preowned vehicles that did not match their online description. Before visiting Ultimate Motorsport, I saved 2 vehicles from their websites. A BMW 550 and a Lexus 300H. Both were in stellar condition and at a price below the competition for the mileage and condition of the vehicle. I decided on the Lexus 300h which was more expensive because it just fit me better. I was tempted to test many other cars as the selection is just endless for my budget. Traci was energetic, pleasant and helpful without ever making me feel rushed. I drove both vehicles on my own taking as much time as I needed. After I decided on the Lexus 300H, I called my bank and closed the deal on the spot. I had a trade in which I mentioned after initiating the loan. Traci reached out to her buyer on the spot. They offered me $1000 more than Carmax. I have been with my new vehicle for 2 weeks and I just love it. I am bringing my golf friend to Ultimate Motorsport to get an SUV next week. I highly recommend this dealership. More
