Great service on a rainy day! Traci was very nice and helpful. She let us drive any car we were interested in. We bought our Range Rover a couple days ago and are very happy so far Traci was very nice and helpful. She let us drive any car we were interested in. There was a nail in one tire and a slow leak we had to have patched the next day, but I don’t think it was intentional. Their prices are very competitive and they have a good selection of vehicles. Top Notch! I was reluctant to send an email since I do not live in Houston, TX. In previous car purchase experiences I have able to physically go to the dealersh I was reluctant to send an email since I do not live in Houston, TX. In previous car purchase experiences I have able to physically go to the dealership but this was not case this time. Once I emailed my interest in the 2011 Cadillac, Traci immediately made contact with me via email and phone to discuss my interest. Good Cars Decent prices & lots of selection .. Go ask for Tr Lot selection was good & very competitive pricing. I flew from out of state & purchased a Mercedes GL450 from Traci. I had a unique situation as someone did the financing for me to purchase so my experience wasnt as the direct buyer. I was with the person who they thought was the "buyer".... OVERALL I love my new car I bought .. as for the experience ... well your at a used car dealer ...  Traci was sweet, however ALWAYS double check everything .. upon pick up car wasnt fully detailed .. Traci made them do it twice & still was half assed but again its a used car dealership not Mercedes Benz, atleast Traci tried to get them to do it right. Ill have to get detailed correctly myself no biggie. Now, I did have the car inspected by Mercedes I paid $400 because of some reviews I read I wanted reassurance .. Car had cosmetic damage on both bumpers & back corner panel that was never disclosed & a bad sensor but U.M. dealer is a "don't ask don't tell" style, I never asked, they never told me. (Its sales so I get it) Mercedes Inspection deemed car was good mechanical condition no major problems. Only the cosmetic which was no biggy as inspector said there was NO impact from an accident. Overall I would travel back purchase another car. If you expecting top notch sparkling shining 5 star perfection you wont find it here .. however if your looking to save money, get a decent deal on a nicer quality car and deal with the little minor things like detailing & a little b.s. here & there id recommend going here as those little things can be overlooked .. Id recommend you ask for Traci for your saleman .. shes was a hoot & funny .. Dont let a women salesman scare you cause she really was great! More
