Bought a jeep, within 3 months needed to timing chain. Paid $2,700 for an extended warranty, which I later learned only covered $5,000 in repair. The warranty covered $2,300 all said and done. I’m out an additional $456.00 after warranty cover. I guess it’s partially my fault for not reading the fine print, while looking at a smiling, thought to be trustworthy salesman. I realize it’s a used vehicle, I’m 70 never ever had to replace a timing chain. Grrrrrrr😡 More

I inquired about several vehicles at both locations over a 3 week period. No calls, no emails, nothing. They never attempted to contact me. Several times I can't believe it. Tim and Kyle were great. They answered all our questions, had the vehicle ready to test drive, and took the time to go over all the features we were unfamiliar with. Buying a car here was easy & hassle free! I paid cash and accidentally put an extra $100 in the pile, Bob (I think that was his name) could have easily kept it as I was too happy about my new used car, and I accidentally put an extra $100 in the pile, Bob (I think that was his name) could have easily kept it as I was too happy about my new used car, and I counted the money twice before I got there so I wasn't paying attention to the counting. I believe that if they're that honest then they are that honest with the vehicles they're selling. I'm very happy I didn't let the bad reviews turn me away from buying here! Zero Stars - do not trust this dealership Back when I had purchased a used car from this dealership, things had seemed a little ‘off.’ Leaving the lot and not having the car start multiple t Back when I had purchased a used car from this dealership, things had seemed a little ‘off.’ Leaving the lot and not having the car start multiple times, then being told I needed a new battery even though I just bought it. Took it back and watched them grab just another random one from a different vehicle... USED and place it in my car! This car has been nothing but issues since I’ve had it, and so much money has been put into it. Now after having it for this long it was brought up to me within the history of the car that it was bought DAMAGED FROM AN AUCTION. When bringing this up to two different managers over the phone, they had stated people are filling my head with false information yet offered to trade in my car for another..? Do not, by any means trust anyone at this dealership. Go anywhere else for your purchases! Your hard earned money deserves to go towards a SAFE AND RELIABLE vehicle. More
