Never again! This dealership used to be wonderful, but things have changed in the last few months. We took our 2013 Honda Pilot for an inspection as we usually do This dealership used to be wonderful, but things have changed in the last few months. We took our 2013 Honda Pilot for an inspection as we usually do. We asked to have a suspension rattle fixed. $150.00 dollars later in diagnostic fees the problem is "fixed". "We replaced your spare tire pulley. It was rusted and squeaking." It wasn't, and the problem suspension noise remains. "Oh, and you have a leaking valve cover. We can fix that for $1,000." But wow, another mechanic sees it and surprise of surprises, it is not leaking at all. Total B.S. to drum up money and take advantage of people. We will never go back. This place has gone so downhill. More

Yesterday I stopped in with no appointment and he took time to check my oil level and replace my batteries in on my keys. Hes so knowledgeable and helpful.
