I think specific service people such as John and Cody were very personable and many of the staff were nice. I also felt there was a disconnect between the service representative and the repair team, whic were very personable and many of the staff were nice. I also felt there was a disconnect between the service representative and the repair team, which made the explanation as to the cost and needs for certain repairs unclear to myself as the customer. I don’t know much about cars, but I want to make sure my car has what it needs to run well in winter, at the same time cost of each repair is high so it would be nice to better understand the meaning behind what the repair team recommends and the priority of each repair, so I could feel like I was making an informed choice when agreeing to repairs.
