Went in to test drive a car I had found online. Used car with 3300 miles. Sales rep mentioned “new car” multiple times even though it was obviously a used car. Not a big deal. Ended up buying the vehic with 3300 miles. Sales rep mentioned “new car” multiple times even though it was obviously a used car. Not a big deal. Ended up buying the vehicle, and was told they would wash, clean, and fill with gas. They also said laser measured floor mats would be provided since there were none in the car. They told me all would be done in 2 hours and to come back to pick it up. Once I picked up the car, I realized there was dirt/debris throughout the car and cup holders especially. There was no floor mats or gas placed in the car. When mentioned, I was then told gas and floor mats are not provided for used vehicles at their dealership...entirely contradictory to what they previously said! Needless to say, I was not impressed with that misrepresentation. Then I had to make multiple calls over 2-3 weeks before I received floor mats. I have purchased numerous, lightly used newer vehicles and NEVER have I received push back about a tank of gas and floor mats. These issues and my perception of condescending arrogance from one of the sales managers after addressing them has left a bad taste in my mouth with this dealership. More
