I have been a longtime customer of Andrew Toyota. Most of my dealings with them have been with the service area, but my most recent experience was with the sales department and a new car purchase. I worked with Marc Brandofina and was more than pleased with his professionalism and great customer service. He made the car buying process very casual and stress free while making sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I worked with Jared Johnson in the finance department. Jared also provided a quick, seamless closing process and was a pleasure to work with. All of the departments work well together at Andrew and make you feel right at home. Customer satisfaction is obviously the top priority at Andrew, regardless of what department you might be dealing with on any given day. I’m sure all of the employees are great at Andrew but with Willie in service, Marc in sales and Jared in finance, Andrew certainly has 3 of the best in the business. I won’t purchase or service any of my cars anywhere other than at Andrew Toyota. I have not had a negative experience here in the over 20 years that I have been a customer of theirs.
