A Botched up new car delivery 😰😱😟🥵😡 My experience with Toyota was good. It would have been an excellent experience expect for 2 important parts of the new car buying process. 1. Waiting My experience with Toyota was good. It would have been an excellent experience expect for 2 important parts of the new car buying process. 1. Waiting too many hours in store during the buying process. ( 6 to eight hour for 2 days) 2. Car detailing and delivery was extremely poor.and disrespectful. The car was brought to me dirty. The exterior was full of water and other identified stains and blotches all over the body 😥The hood had scratch marks and needed buffing.😫 The interior was not vacuum . I wanted to cry ! Charles did try to get help. But the damage was already done and what should have been an happy experience had already turned sour. I ended up leaving and coming back. It was a Botched up new car detailing and delivery . I call this very poor customer service. More

I won't go anywhere else There are two other closer Toyota dealerships in my area but the service I had on my vehicle and customer experience were not always the greatest. I like everything about this dealership. I actually enjoy coming in to have my vehicle serviced, They have great employees, friendly. The employee's here are really on top of things, I've been impressed. The facility is clean and spacious, comfy waiting areas with many nice amenities. Great deals on service too, they send by mail or email. I do wish they still sent text service offers though. They do have the best service and at reasonable cost. Overall best I've ever experienced at any other dealership in all my years of car ownership. More

Headlights replaced Came in to have headlights replaced and asked them to check a creaking sound when I was there. They estimated 2 hours to do both, were done in an hour. Price was the same as the estimate for headlights I'd gotten before the appt. I believe the rate is somewhat standard for a dealer. Could have gotten the work done at a non-dealer for cheaper I'm sure, but I wanted to make sure it was done right and I have positive experiences with Andrew overall. No coupons available to use, but the checked when I asked. Was able to get work done during my visit in a more private business area, which is what I often do. Have been really happy with service since I bought my used Toyota from them. I didn't comment on quality of work only because I got just got the headlights replaced yesterday. More

They accurately figured out why my car was dumping I came in to have my vehicle's regularly scheduled maintenance and then a few things troubleshot. They accurately figured out why my car was dumping water into the floorboards, why my windshield wipers were not working correctly and found a problem with my shocks which need to be fixed. Nice job.
