When I came in for the 5000 mile check, I was told exactly what was being done and why. Courtesy is foremost. Dave Kocol was a great salesman, too. Smiling with my Rav4 I leased my first vehicle from Andrew Toyota about a week ago. I've always been interested in a RAV4 and checked them out at the 2017 auto show and o I leased my first vehicle from Andrew Toyota about a week ago. I've always been interested in a RAV4 and checked them out at the 2017 auto show and online. That weekend, I looked at Andrew online for a RAV4 in black currant, with no luck. I then contacted Andrew about leasing that specific truck and to my great surprise they were unloading a new one off the delivery truck that day. I knew it was meant to be. I leased my truck that weekend and am truly enjoying it, the technology, and safety features. Ive already received numerous compliments on the truck and the unique color. Great sales, parts, and financing departments. More

Jessica Klappa was spectacular...Andrew Toyota was OK Andrew Toyota is not necessarily unworthy of a recommendation, it's just that with the wealth of great dealerships in the Milwaukee-Sheboygan-Green Ba Andrew Toyota is not necessarily unworthy of a recommendation, it's just that with the wealth of great dealerships in the Milwaukee-Sheboygan-Green Bay areas, it doesn't stand out as anything magical. We see no compelling reason to recommend one of these dealers over the other. What we DO recommend is that you do your research, learn as much as you can, and then check out as many dealerships as you possibly can so you can create a spreadsheet type of "apples-to-apples" comparison. In the age of the internet, it's now an incredibly easy process. In purchasing our Sienna LE minivan, we price-compared 8 dealerships via the internet. We gave each an opportunity to give us their best "out-of-door price," without amenities (like rust-proofing and extended warranties) Incidentally, we were also very careful NOT to name names, and play one dealer against the other. On price, they were all pretty much in the same ballpark on price. My wife and I also resolved that we would NEVER enter a dealership without having a solid, written offer in hand. Over the years, we've wasted so-o-o much time doing that eye-to eye, kabuki dance with hard-xxx sales managers. No fun, and now there's no need to endure it. Our goal now is to get the deal we feel comfortable with, carry it into the dealership, sign some papers, and then get out of there in less than 45 minutes. In the end, Andrew did well, but they didn't have the best price -- they actually came in third place by a few bucks. There were about four quotes we could've easily accepted. At decision time, we chose Andrew because of the time and hard work put in by Jessica Klappa. She was incredibly enthusiastic, responsive and pleasant throughout our entire sales process. Believe it or not, "nice" does work in this business. Overall, we love the Sienna--it's our fifth, and it's beautiful. The price was good, too. We didn't take the best deal on the table, but we did take the most appropriate deal, with Jessica providing the tipping point. She worked hard to make this sale. She certainly deserved this sale. So, did Andrew do OK? Sure. Will we go back to Andrew in three or fours for our next car? We'll see. More
