We are sorry we were not able to reach you via phone to clarify your concerns. The last thing we would ever want is a customer to leave our dealership with the sentiment you have expressed in this review. Customer service is our number one priority! Several miscommunications have occurred that we would like to clarify. In regards to the price, we would NEVER play games with our clients. A common misconception with price is that dealers just pull a price out of thin air. That is not true. We use several third party tools to ensure that we are pricing our vehicle to the market. When we get a used vehicle traded in, we input all of its features into the system to compare it to like vehicles within a 100-mile radius. The system pulls up all like vehicles to ensure that we are pricing each vehicle competitively to offer the best possible deal to all clients. Your specific vehicle of interest was very rare and had several high demand features that were reflective in the price. In fact, based off that report, our price was the LOWEST and had the LOWEST MILES in the 100-mile radius. I know Mark showed you that report too. We are very transparent with these items. Secondly, the reason Michael was trying to call you for 3 days before you came is to conform you were still coming in AND to streamline the paperwork process. We work as a team, and he was trying to make sure your time and transaction went smoothly. We do out of state transactions all the time, but need to do most of the work ahead of time. We were unable to get a hold of you before you came in so that is why our Finance team was confused about your arrival, unsure if you were still planning on coming, and you were here 2 hours early (which is why the car was not cleaned just yet)…As a result the paperwork took longer than usual. We are glad you took the time to leave us this review. Because of your feedback, we are working on some custom web content to add to our website to ensure other out of state clients do not leave with the feelings you have expressed. Honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction are extremely important at Andrew Toyota. Thank you for your time, The Customer Care Team
