While our Sienna was in for routine service, I mentioned that our twins had just received their drivers permits and we were ready to purchase a car for them. Prior to the visit, we reviewed Consumer Reports and other lists of best cars for teens. Allen introduced me to Mark in sales and we started by looking at a few certified used cars. The next morning, my husband joined me and we looked at both new and used cars. It was a very busy day, so Mark and Jimmy V tag teamed. Working with Jimmy, we tentatively selected a model we thought would be a good fit. We returned two more times that day, after each of our children finished their sporting events and were able to test drive the car. By the end of the day, we selected the best car - a new Corolla - for our family. Our kids were impressed with the styling, roominess and ride; for us, it was the safety and value. When we picked up the car later that week, Jimmy spent time with them while we completed paperwork. They felt like a million bucks. The selfies are priceless. Thank you!!! More
