Bait and switch? Well I tried to purchase a used car from Andrew. I found a Sienna on-line. Emailed the dealership and made an appointment to see the van. He knows what we are looking for and no matter how demanding we might be, he always takes care of us. He even went out of his way to take the RAV back a week latter to have a Self-starter put in (no longer do we have to go outside to start the car in the cold winter, we can start the car from inside the house, Yeah). He drove to our house in Cedarburg, left us a car, took the RAV to the dealership, had the installation taken care of, drove our washed back to our home. Marc always made sure I was aware of the differences between my 10-year-old Prius and my brand new one. He took care to make sure all the details were attended to. One of the regular prep team members was not at work that day, so Marc pitched in and made sure my new Prius was ready to go; he even changed license plates and cargo liner for me.
