I have dealt with this dealership for years. Have leased at least 6 or 7 vehicles from them. Always had wonderful service until the last year to year & a half. All of the people I have seen in the past are gone. Now when you go in, nobody even acknowledges you. It is like they don't care about your business. The most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. I haven't ever seen one of them smile. People walk by when you are waiting.....nothing. As far as sales, I have been waiting 6 weeks at least to get an answer on a new Pilot Elite. I think I will go elsewhere. Sick of being treated like dirt! More

This dealership is garbage. No one here knows what they're doing, no one can answer a question, and they will happily lie to your face about anything and everything if that's what it takes to make a buck. I understand they're trying to make a living and need to sell cars, but it's places like this that give the auto industry a bad wrap. Stay away if you value your wallet and sanity. More

Scam alert! They sold my car to someone else after waiting months for it to come in. Buyer beware! It shows it's being delivered, salesman contacts me...I get the final price and when i call the sales waiting months for it to come in. Buyer beware! It shows it's being delivered, salesman contacts me...I get the final price and when i call the sales woman back,, she tells me the manager sold it to someone else...I can't blame the salesman cause it looks like she fought for them to not double sell my car to someone else. I have a feeling it was someone's friend who works there that ended up with my car... I'm not sure if the owner of underriner knows about this scam or is part of it... Maybe they made more money off of someone else... Don't do business with this dealership owned by underriner without paying due diligence and checking everything they say..they LIE.. I purchased 2 cars from their hyundai lot in the last 5 years..never again! More
