This dealership is horrible to deal with. They are thrilled to sell you all the extra warranties when you purchase the vehicle, but don't like to follow through with them. Their warranty work gets thrown to the back of the line, so it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get your car back. And to boot, they don't answer their phones in the shop or service, nor do they respond to voice-mail I've called over 10 times in the last week and left more than one message, with ZERO response. I've also been in the shop to check on my vehicle status since they won't answer the phone, and there are always employees sitting at the service desk literally ignoring the ringing phones. I will never do business with them again. More
I drove 3 hours away to have car worked on. We rented a car while the car was left to service (we live out of state too). I took them 4 days and 3 phone calls to tell me my car part was on back We rented a car while the car was left to service (we live out of state too). I took them 4 days and 3 phone calls to tell me my car part was on back order until mid September (car will be in another state by then). $490 on a rental car later, I picked up car with cracked windshield and they said oh its a rock yet it clearly rained over the weekend I was so angry by then I left can called insurance. Stay away, horrible at picking up service phone and calling back. Further, DO NOT BUY OR BRING A VOLVO TO MT THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION! More
My battery light was coming on in my car 850 miles from home so I called Underriner Hyundai to see they could get me in and fix it the issue. They did a diagnois (100.00) decided it was an alternator issu home so I called Underriner Hyundai to see they could get me in and fix it the issue. They did a diagnois (100.00) decided it was an alternator issue. They then charged me 155.00 an hour for 3.5 hours on what should have been a 1/2 job and then charged three times what it would have cost to purchase an alternate. The took advantage of a stranded 73 year old motorist. 918.00 to replace an alternator is outrageous. My mechanic was appalled. More
Volvo Service We had to leave our Volvo overnight after it was serviced. Our mirror and wiper cover were stolen. Service said, "What do you want us to do about it", We had to leave our Volvo overnight after it was serviced. Our mirror and wiper cover were stolen. Service said, "What do you want us to do about it", among other comments. They were extremely rude about the whole incident. They told us the dealership doesn't have cameras and they aren't responsible for theft. I felt it was one thing to have things stolen but they were totally out of line they way they responded. We won't be back!! More

He wa Good service is important! However, Ray in the Hyundai Parts and Service department at the Zoo Drive location in Billings, MT was outstanding! He was courteous and helpful. He assisted not only with diagnosing the problem with my vehicle and explaining all of my options, but he also found two recalls on my vehicle that needed to be addressed, and one of them was already causing me problems that I knew would need to be fixed. He found a way to get me in that very day for service, called a courtesy van to take me home until my car was diagnosed, and offered a return courtesy drive when it was finished. His exemplary service and kindness is not only going to prompt my return to this dealership in the future, but it will also mean that others will hear from me about where in town to go for good service and good people. Body shop fail swapping products. Our 2009 Honda pilot was involved in a minor accident, we chose Underriner to do the repair work because that is where we purchased it. They said they did not have time to wash it, which is a standard in most professional shops and the thing that brought me here is they swapped out our headlights for ones that have swirls, scratches and are real foggy. It looks like the lens have been sanded ir something. In my book that is theft. There was no reason they had to mess with headlights as the damage was the lower bumper. I have not tried to contact their body shop manager because I feel this is something they do, kindof like bubble gum on a hose stuff. It is obvious they are only concerned about money, and if it takes extra time to ensure a job is done right they choose to save time. Complete FAIL.
