Very unsatisfied Unfortunately my experience with Union County Kia turned into a nightmare. The dealership nor my salesman, Craig, have stood by their vehicle nor the Unfortunately my experience with Union County Kia turned into a nightmare. The dealership nor my salesman, Craig, have stood by their vehicle nor their word. After they got their money they didn't care what kind of problems the 2016 Sorento gave. And to find out that they dropped my gap coverage as well as my extended warranty after redoing the paperwork 4 times didn't make things any better. I would not recommend them tonight no-one. More

I called them at 4:20 to see if they c This particular visit was a last minute decision to get an oil change the evening before heading out of state. I called them at 4:20 to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change that same evening. They accommodated me! Not only did they get me in hat evening, but this has been the only place in the area that I have found that always has the oil filters in stock to get my oil changed in a timely manner without me having to wait for them to locate one and have it delivered. I have always gotten great service from Union Kia. 2 thumbs up for EJ for his outgoing and friendly customer service. It was also during this visit that I met EJ Franklin and made an appointment to come in the following week to test drive a new car. More

Buying my new car experience I set up an appointment with EJ Franklin to test drive some new vehicles. I thought I knew what I wanted but I wasn't finding it. EJ was patient wi I set up an appointment with EJ Franklin to test drive some new vehicles. I thought I knew what I wanted but I wasn't finding it. EJ was patient with me and stuck by me for over 5 hours on Wednesday evening as we test drove vehicle after vehicle. He was great at helping me figure out what I needed along with what I wanted. I was about ready to give up in finding the right vehicle for me when on a whim, I wanted to test drive one of their Soul mini SUV's. I really didn't expect to like it and I was surprisingly shocked at how well it handled and just how comfortable it was to sit in. I was excited about this vehicle but I wasn't excited about the bright yellow or Lime green colors that I saw. Communication is very important and I told EJ I didn't like the color. He proceeded to show me the other colors that they had on their lot. I finally found the one that had everything I needed and wanted. A beautiful white Soul. I never once felt rushed or hurried during the 5+ hours I was at the dealership. EJ and the team at Union County Kia did everything they could to get the best deal for me and even gave me more than I was expecting to get for the vehicle I was trading in. It is exciting to buy your very first brand new vehicle but it is also makes ya nervous. Having the right salesman at your side to help you decide what fits your needs, makes picking out your new vehicle so much easier. You will not go wrong walking into Union County Kia and asking for EJ Franklin to help you search for your next vehicle. Thanks to EJ and the amazing sales team...I am now driving my brand new Kia Soul. More
