My 2week old telluride stranded me 3x with a bad battery. I was in Monroe visiting my daughter (2hrs from home). I was very upset that my BRAND NEW vehicle had let me down. I called the dealership and was to I was in Monroe visiting my daughter (2hrs from home). I was very upset that my BRAND NEW vehicle had let me down. I called the dealership and was told by a sales person (Mike) to come on in. Raquel took me in and got my car battery replaced. The reason it was commendable is because it was one hour until closing and I didn’t have an appointment. More
