I waited for hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Then I was told that I may need to have my filters replaced on the next visit. The car only There was no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Then I was told that I may need to have my filters replaced on the next visit. The car only has 5,000 miles. Air filters should last at least 12,000 miles sometimes up to 30,000. Felt a bit scammy to me. More
