They don’t do proper diagnostics and offer services on things they don’t even check if it was done recently. I had brand new coolant replaced in my car not even 20 miles before they recommended me to have things they don’t even check if it was done recently. I had brand new coolant replaced in my car not even 20 miles before they recommended me to have it replaced and I asked them if they checked my fluid and they said no. Why are they offering a service without even checking if it needs to be done. Amongst other issues they didn’t check. Poor service. Desk service was good but he didn’t know what was going on with my car aside from basic info from mechanic. More
