She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped me finalize the deal I wanted, kept the communication open and kept me updated regularly. We finalized everything and I had the vehicle delivered to me within a day. Trust is a big aspect to handling the deal purely online and Stephanie made me comfortable in going forward with the purchase. She shared the details of the vehicle and was transparent throughout, it is a much better vehicle than I could have imagined. The service dept rotated my tires and didn’t secure the under cover and it was dragging the ground. When I noticed and called the dealership to advise, the receptionist was very rude.
