Great Customer Service Called EJ in Service on Friday, 5-20 with regard to a 4 - wheel alignment on my 2009 Kia Borrego for Saturday morning and when I showed up at 7:50 AM Called EJ in Service on Friday, 5-20 with regard to a 4 - wheel alignment on my 2009 Kia Borrego for Saturday morning and when I showed up at 7:50 AM Saturday he already had my service ticket ready and just asked for the keys. I walked up to DJ's Diner at Crossroads Ford for breakfast and when I walked back at 9:10 he had me ready to go. 4 - wheel alignment, oil change and multi-point inspection and out-the-door in just over an hour. Since I bought the car in 2011 I have had it serviced here with great results and always positive experiences. KUDOS to the Union County Kia Service Team for outstanding customer service in a timely manner. Thank you! More
