This dealership will scam you every chance they get back in service. My vehicle had an oil consumption issue prior to being out of warranty, the shop waited till it was out of warranty and then condemned my in service. They’re really great at accommodating for repairs. My car’s horn suddenly went out and they replaced it for me for free under warranty. I arrived with no appointment. I was informed that my car would not be done for about two hours. That was fine with me, but the Television sucked. Would suggest you tune your t.v. Would suggest you tune your t.v. to discovery channel or some other entertaintment channel. Their were four other people in the waiting room withe same complaint. And we all searched for the remote along with ALL EMPLLOYEES to no satisfaction. Wherever that control is pleases put in on a channel that does have some content available because CBS, ABC, NBC SUCKES. oTHER THEN THAT i HAVE NO COMPLINTS!!! More

Tyler did not fill the oil when I took it for an oil change on Monday. I checked it before I left the dealership and showed him the dip stick along with Josh, the cashier. On Friday the oil light was on. On Saturday the engine light was on on my way to take it back so they could look at it. I went back on Tuesday when the service supervisor was there. Brandon Blackwelder, service supervisor, said they didn't put in the computer at all any notes, a service ticket or anything that I was there with my car and that they did a diagnosis on it. He called Josh in to ask,after I asked why it wasn't inputted, Josh said he just didn't put it in the computer. Brandon, the service supervisor was extremely unprofessional, rude and agreed that they shouldn't have filled the oil back in my car when I took it Saturday even though the engine light and oil light had came on. I asked the supervisor, Brandon, if he could document the reason so I could have a copy for my records since the other guys didn't after all he was the supervisor. He said NO he couldn't do that because they didnt put it in the computer. I then asked for a handwritten copy or something. He still refused. He said the conversation was over. He stood up. He got in my face. He placed his hand on my forearm and nudged it, and yelled for me to get out of the way with a very red face. It was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. There were customers at the counter and other employees just standing around looking. He had no right to put his hands on me, a woman. This is the worst dealership. Kia itself has demoted its good customer service especially with all of the recalls. I will never buy another Kia and certainly do not recommend anyone else to buy a Kia. It's a cheap car and they offer cheap customer service. Anywhere else but Kia!! More
My son brought his 2011 Sorento to the dealership for a knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to cha knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to charge my son $120 for the doors even though I confirmed with Kia customer service that this warranty fix is at "no expense to the customer". They were trying to take advantage of a young man who they assumed would not know any better. Not a recommended dealership. More
Be warned: you don't want to service your vehicle here. Horrible experience with the service department. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and my wait was 2.5 hours. The service manager didn't return my call. Poor customer service all the way around. So disappointed. More
