I took my car to replace the chrome trim on the window that had fallen off. Not sure if the technician read the work order that clearly said “rear passenger window” (it was the only one missing). He broke that had fallen off. Not sure if the technician read the work order that clearly said “rear passenger window” (it was the only one missing). He broke off the front driver side chrome trim instead. Union county Kia did not have a replacement part and told me they would order it and let me know when it was available. I told them that I would need a loaner car when I came back to have the work done since I have to take my kids to school and get to work. It’s been about a month at this point and still nothing has been done to address the missing window chrome trim on my car. My next step is to report it to the BBB because the lack of attention to an issue they created is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend them. More

These are awesome folks that get you in and out as quick as possible as well as being frie used their service department since I bought my Kia forte. Once I arrived I found out that all the parts weren't there and had to make a second trip to had the part in stock before confirming the appointment.
