I purchased a used GMC Denali XL from Kia of Monroe and received two free oil changes as part of the deal. When I brought my vehicle in for service, I requested a tire rotation along with the oil change. H received two free oil changes as part of the deal. When I brought my vehicle in for service, I requested a tire rotation along with the oil change. However, I was informed that they did not have the proper equipment to perform either service. Despite this, they proceeded with the oil change using a jack. After the service was completed, the staff advised me that in the future, I should take my vehicle to a GMC dealership. They also mentioned that the lifetime engine warranty I was told about at the time of purchase had more limitations than originally disclosed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and preparedness at this dealership. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or using the service department at Kia of Monroe. More
