Absolutely the worst service department. For starters, they can’t even pick up their phone or return a voicemail once you’ve left one. The only way to schedule is to physically show up in person. When my car was there, they told bold face lies, saying that my windshield wiper motor had blown out due to me using Rain-X wiper fluid. They then said it was my financial responsibility to replace said motor because I should’ve known better. Had to call corporate to get that issue resolved. The rear windshield wiper still does not spray fluid. Ask that they examine my brakes because they make a very loud squealing sound after having my car multiple days they said they could not get the car to replicate the noise, the car makes the noise about 90% of the time you release the brakes.Horrible customer service. The only reason I’ll be returning my vehicle back to that service department is because I made the unfortunate mistake of doing the prepaid maintenance. Any warranty items that need to be addressed will not be dealt with at that dealership! More
