Horrible experience overall w/ transaction and service. Purchased brand new car and had to bring it in 22 times within 3 yrs for issues. They give you a rental of some sort which usually you would have to Purchased brand new car and had to bring it in 22 times within 3 yrs for issues. They give you a rental of some sort which usually you would have to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes just to get the rental. Previously purchased at Don Rosen and they gave you a BMW loaner. Everytime the car was maintenanced..automatically washed your car. Union Park BMW is literally one of the worst dealers. I would rather drive the extra 30 miles to get my car maintenanced in PA! More

Service here is a joke. Takes 4-5 times to get simple things fixed. Even if you walk in with service bulletins they give you a blank stare and then blow you off. They also have never returned my car clean and just pull it around and walk by you like you are invisible. They are a great example of a lazy, union-type dealer with 5 people doing the job of 2. Huge disappointment. I love BMW's but will sell it and buy a Lexus next. More
