I was told that my new tires had warranty on them at united bmw when i purchased the 328i December 2025 and now that I need to use the warranty bmw is telling me that I am denied the warranty. Love the car, but was assured at least 2 times that the A/c was inspected and was working properly. Turns out it does not work probably. Will only hold a charge for ~1 week then needs to be recharged at al A/c was inspected and was working properly. Turns out it does not work probably. Will only hold a charge for ~1 week then needs to be recharged at almost $200/charge (R-1234yf is expensive) turns out the evaporator core is leaking and the almost the entire interior needs to come out and it will probably take a week and cost $5000 lowest quote so far. I was lied to straight to my face more than once. I never would've bought the car, in GA with no A/C. Not to mention the sketchy tax/tag situation they put me in. More
