Shout out to the sales Manager Farand for his professionalism and customer service, he was absolute joy to work with and was very patient with my questions. Even though the numbers wasn't right, it's off by $1800 meaning $30 by monthly payment. looks like my $1000 deposit for ordering my car disappeared. Again it's not about the money it's the principle and it didn't look nice with customer buying a another car for $138,000.00 within a year. More

I purchased a new BMW at this dealer several months ago. Allen was my sales rep and I did not have a good experience at all. Only reason I bought it was because they had my exact build in stock at msrp and Allen was my sales rep and I did not have a good experience at all. Only reason I bought it was because they had my exact build in stock at msrp and I wanted it by a specific date. Otherwise I would never have given them my business. I work in the car industry and worked at a luxury auto maker in the past. This dealer itself was okay, nothing special, but Allen made it much worse. We weren’t greeted when walking in and receiving the car was more irritating than exciting. We test drove a car, and I told him I’d be back later on in the week to buy and we made an appt. He showed up over an hour late and made up a fake excuse about traffic but there was no traffic in the area at all. He then took an extremely long time on the paperwork, 2 plus hours. Then he said he would schedule a session with the BMW team to go over the car and customize it for us, he never contacted us. I texted him and he then ghosted me from there. As I said, I work in the auto industry and visit dozens of dealers a week, I will recommend the brand but NEVER recommend United. More
