I purchased a new BMW at this dealer several months ago. Allen was my sales rep and I did not have a good experience at all. Only reason I bought it was because they had my exact build in stock at msrp and Allen was my sales rep and I did not have a good experience at all. Only reason I bought it was because they had my exact build in stock at msrp and I wanted it by a specific date. Otherwise I would never have given them my business. I work in the car industry and worked at a luxury auto maker in the past. This dealer itself was okay, nothing special, but Allen made it much worse. We weren’t greeted when walking in and receiving the car was more irritating than exciting. We test drove a car, and I told him I’d be back later on in the week to buy and we made an appt. He showed up over an hour late and made up a fake excuse about traffic but there was no traffic in the area at all. He then took an extremely long time on the paperwork, 2 plus hours. Then he said he would schedule a session with the BMW team to go over the car and customize it for us, he never contacted us. I texted him and he then ghosted me from there. As I said, I work in the auto industry and visit dozens of dealers a week, I will recommend the brand but NEVER recommend United. More

I highly recommend asking for Aidan Ramos as your client advisor for your next BMW purchase, as he is very knowledgeable, professional personable, patient and responsive. Experience was great, until it wasn't. Worked with a great sale's person, Aiden, deciding on a custom built 2023 X3. Signed the agreement and applied for credit on July 3. Next day received an email the order had been accepted, as a 2024 with a price increase of $1,200. Increase did include HUD which was added to the Premier package which we specifically opted out in our build. Called them back to try to work something out, but the answer which came down from the sale's manager, Dimitri, was take it or leave. Left it. More
