I have called this dealership and sale person more times than I should have. I have left messages, even after speaking to the sales person and all I was promised a phone call back. Ashton Howell was my salesperson. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. However, the initial finance manager I spoke with was not fully transparent with the finance op would definitely recommend him to friends and family. However, the initial finance manager I spoke with was not fully transparent with the finance options. He told me that Capital One would not offer a loan in the amount I needed. I later found out they did indeed approve me. He just wanted me to use US Bank for the dealer incentives he would receive. So be careful and independently explore ALL finance options vs just going with what the dealer says. I ended up closing the deal with another finance person (Rock). I had a much better experience with Rock. More
