First service appointment was sub par for what you would expect in this category. We owned an Acura and an Audi previously. Customer service and the service of the cars were way better. Many of the reps/consultants were not professional. Upon pickup of my car, I was told to go in and my consultant would take care of my check out process. I stood by his desk and waited for over 10 minutes. Several consultant sat around there, not busy, yet no one offered to help. When I inquired about getting assistance, I was told my consultant had not returned from lunch. A co-worker checked me out and gave me my car keys. I was asked to wait in a certain area for my car to pull up. I waited past 15 minutes. Walked in and asked why the long wait time. My consultant, who had returned, explained that they couldn't find my keys. The girl who gave me the keys, sat right next to my consultant. The car didn't seem cleaned internally. Typically, upon pickup of my car(s) from service, the crew had washed the exterior and, at least, vacuumed the inside of the car. All in all, my first service experience with this dealership left little to desire. More
I have called this dealership and sale person more times than I should have. I have left messages, even after speaking to the sales person and all I was promised a phone call back. The very worst customer service I have had. Making a deal here is not worth the effort. More
I had a great experience with my recent service request at United service department, my rep Nick was very helpful and I love the video from the service Tech so you can see the problems with the vehicle so at United service department, my rep Nick was very helpful and I love the video from the service Tech so you can see the problems with the vehicle so you know what’s being repaired. Carl, as usual, has been outstanding. He helped us building the dream car X7 and it was delivered as promised before Christmas!! We really appreciate the dealership that did not charge premium and gav building the dream car X7 and it was delivered as promised before Christmas!! We really appreciate the dealership that did not charge premium and gave us a quote that was 500 dollar less than any other dealers out there! Thank you and we will come back!! More
Ashton Howell was my salesperson. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. However, the initial finance manager I spoke with was not fully transparent with the finance op would definitely recommend him to friends and family. However, the initial finance manager I spoke with was not fully transparent with the finance options. He told me that Capital One would not offer a loan in the amount I needed. I later found out they did indeed approve me. He just wanted me to use US Bank for the dealer incentives he would receive. So be careful and independently explore ALL finance options vs just going with what the dealer says. I ended up closing the deal with another finance person (Rock). I had a much better experience with Rock. More
