This visit was the second time I have had my BMW serviced at this location. This visit is what you would expect from a BMW dealership. Very knowledgeable and informative on everything. I had several questions about some services that was recommended for my car and some for things I wanted checked. Rian had the answers for me and when they did not have the correct pads they went to another location and finished the job in a pretty good time considering running into that problem. Rian did come out and immediately offer me a loaner car to do as I wanted but I opted to wait. More

Horrible customer service. Won’t hold a car for you even with approval from your credit union. Try to force you into their finance office and bully you into buying their after market stuff like paint protec with approval from your credit union. Will NEVER go back to this dealership or recommend this dealership to anyone I know which I know a lot of people. It’s a sleezy place. More
