Very Bad experience while trying to purchase a Lease car here. The Manager(Dimitri) is a Terrible personality to work with. I will say that the salesperson(Joshua) was a pleasure to deal with & he understoo here. The Manager(Dimitri) is a Terrible personality to work with. I will say that the salesperson(Joshua) was a pleasure to deal with & he understood what “making a sale” means. Dimitri will Insist that all information has been shared with you(the part he doesn’t get is that you don’t buy a car every week, and you might still be processing some of it). And then when you say that it doesn't seem like it will work out, he will Talk Down to you. A good amount of time goes in making a sale, but is a Sale guaranteed just coz that time was spent? And does that give the Sales Manager the right to Talk Down to a potential buyer if the sale isn’t materializing? And then when you still try & keep the sale alive & say that you will revisit this the next day, he says “No, Thank You”! What sales manager shuts down a potential sale like that & basically tells his customer that neither He nor any of his potential referrals ever come to him to buy a car? I was flabbergasted! Next day he calls to say he will still honor the deal from the previous day, but would I in the right mind ever revisit such a poor customer experience? No. I wouldn’t. More

I called the sales number and got connected to Matas. I spoke with him about test driving the X3 hybrid later in the day. He said great, we will see you at 2:00 (we spoke at 9:15am). I show up after driv spoke with him about test driving the X3 hybrid later in the day. He said great, we will see you at 2:00 (we spoke at 9:15am). I show up after driving 35 minutes to get to the dealership to test drive the hybrid, to find out that he didn't even bother to charge the car before I got there. It was completely dead on the battery. I was trying to find out how the hybrid felt, and I got to test drive it as a gas vehicle (which I have already...). Well, needless to say it was a complete waste of my time not to mention truly disrepectful of my time too. I will no question be going to Global Imports from now on. My sales person there had the decency to charge the car and bring it around front before I got there. It's too bad, some of the people at United seemed to be very nice. I just hope this one learns a few lessons in personal relationships and how to build them. More
