Excellent experience I've never been to a dealership that made such an effort to get me what I was looking for at a price that worked for me. I expected excellent customer I've never been to a dealership that made such an effort to get me what I was looking for at a price that worked for me. I expected excellent customer service at a BMW dealership, but was surprised by thoughtful and friendly everyone was. I got a much better deal than I anticipated for a great machine. Excellent BMW Dealer Jim Tompkins sold me my 2014 X3 which my experience was awesome. I got a great interest rate with BMW Financial and got out of my Toyota Prius. I also Jim Tompkins sold me my 2014 X3 which my experience was awesome. I got a great interest rate with BMW Financial and got out of my Toyota Prius. I also referred my friend Adam Harvey to Jim. Great service and quality. Expense?...well it is a BMW. Everytime I have had my 2007 M6 in for service it's always been great. He always gets me the best price he can, and when there are hiccups he does everything to assure my satisfaction. I can honestly say when I move to Florida I am going to miss getting my car serviced here. More

I purchased a very low mileage, almost new, 2012, 650 convertible from United BMW of Roswell, GA, on May 20, 2013. The service from sales adviser, Jim Tompkins, was exemplary. I drove the car back t convertible from United BMW of Roswell, GA, on May 20, 2013. The service from sales adviser, Jim Tompkins, was exemplary. I drove the car back to Philly (1,000 miles) and the car far exceeded my expectations. Lots of heads turn and many thumbs up, with the top down. I negotiated price via e-mail and found the final price below market. Jim was fair, honorable, and an outstanding BMW representative. Closing was short and I was treated as if I was their only customer. This is a class organization, to be sure. This car was exactly as it was represented on their web site. No tricks here. This is a very large dealer and they move cars quickly, so get your best price from them, and secure the deal, if the price is right.
