Great service! I had to go to your service department for change oil. After pulling in and walking into the building, Greg was there with a big smile and welcomed me I had to go to your service department for change oil. He checked the car then came back to tell me I can wait in the waiting area where there is food and beverages available. He also told me that there are new models of Nissan to check out. The cafeteria is impressive and clean plus there are nice people who makes your day lovely. More

Arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and was met by Brian Hinkley. Brian then explained to me that because of the number of oil changes, there were certain things that needed to be checked acco met by Brian Hinkley. Brian then explained to me that because of the number of oil changes, there were certain things that needed to be checked according to the manufacturer, then he gave me a printed list provided by the manufacturer. I decided to have this done. Brian then explained that the procedure including the oil change would take about 1 hour. It ended up taking 55 minutes. Once the car was done, Brian then explained that with this inspection service, which I had to pay for, I would receive my next oil change free of charge. Pleasant surprise. More

Service adviser I worked with was very friendly, when I was finally able to meet with one, despite having an appointment. From insanely high pressure sales team, to a complete lack of after sale service the poor quality management is definitely evident. This is first and last Nissan I will ever purchase. It may be a good brand, but this dealership has thoroughly ensured my complete lack of trust in this brand. More
