I have been a Nissan Customer since 2001 and this has been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It is true one bad apple can spoil the fruit tree and that is exactly what Karl Forman has done for me. He was completed unclear about the service plans that were included in my purchase and does everything to try and make a quick buck than what is right for Nissan customers. He even threatens to fire his employees and tries to interrogate and insult his customers. More

We always have are vehicles serviced at United Nissan. We purchased them there and continue to bring them in for service because of the friendly service employees and the good service we recieve.
