I'm giving 1 star due to an issue that happened after the sale, my salesperson (Eric Howard is 5 stars). He was not pushy and listened to my needs and kept in communication with me before I selected a ve the sale, my salesperson (Eric Howard is 5 stars). The 1 star is due to covered up damage (scratches) on the right side of the car, I thought my car was keyed within 3 weeks of my getting it. So, I made a claim with my insurance company. I found a body shop, took the car in and the estimator asked me if I had painted the scratches. I said no, no reason for me to do that when I could have it properly fixed. He said that this was pre-existing damage that was covered by the dealer, to the unsuspecting person that would buy the car. So, I go to the dealer from which I had previously purchased (2) new vehicles over the previous 6 years. They go out with me to look at it and say "there is no paint there and that happened after I bought the car. The sales manager then goes to someone over him, comes back 2 minutes later and says " we can't help you". Get a second opinion. So, I leave disappointed and get that second opinion. Guess what? the 2nd guy confirms what the first body shop guy says. "it was covered up" Although, I'm not surprised. I called United Nissan today thinking they will help out a long time customer and make it right. Nope, I talk to the same sales manager as the first time who also worked the deal with my salesperson. He says, "it wasn't there or the person who traded in the car did that" Really?? He says let me talk to an upper boss and I will call you back, he calls back and says the owner said they will not do anything for me. Wow, so they are ok with losing a long time customer and I will let everyone I know how they treat people. More

We been shop the car for my son Toyota and Subaru wasn’t happy at all specifically Toyota so I was search the car online and found Nissan Murano but I wanted look the actual car so was looking at online Nis happy at all specifically Toyota so I was search the car online and found Nissan Murano but I wanted look the actual car so was looking at online Nissan Reno they had same car so just marked interesting then next day one of online sales manager call the me his name is Robert he was gave me a information about this car he said he will connect me good salesman walk in to dealership but didn’t like the color but Eric was start talking to me he was just so nice and kind couldn’t walk out and his manager Daniel was so friendly I actually this is first place I met people so friendly at Reno I have been live here one and half year this was my best experience with Reno people they were so friendly and super nice people here they made me buy a car right a way I want to thank you all of your team “Great team work” Best car dealer at Reno my so is happy with his car...... Sales is great. Service is very bad. I purchased a Pathfinder and was told to pick the vehicle up the next day at 5:30. I went to pick up the vehicle and had to wait an hour and a half I purchased a Pathfinder and was told to pick the vehicle up the next day at 5:30. I went to pick up the vehicle and had to wait an hour and a half as it was not ready and it was being serviced. A week later I went to show a friend the engine as he was interested in buying a Nissan.. The hood would not close. I called Nissan and I was talked to as if I were an idiot, in a very condescending manner... When I would not hang up till I got and answer I was told they would tow it the next day. I had no way of getting home. After talking with 3 people at the dealership I was told to drive it to the dealer and they would give me a loaner. When I arrived there was no loaner and the service manager John decided to fix it. They did not put protection from their feet in the vehicle. No respect for others property.. After a half hour they brought the car out to me and did not want to explain what the problem was just that it was fixed.. THE PROBLEM IT WAS NEVER SERVICED.THE PACKING WAS STILL UNDER THE HOOD. KEEPING IT FROM CLOSING. NO APOLOGY., JUST VERY ARROGANT RESPONSES. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THERE. I purchased the vehicle at the end of May 2019. The last time any service was done was November 2018..
