Great Service Department! I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano 10 years ago as a certified pre-owned automobile from Universal City Nissan. Although, it's about a 50 minute drive I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano 10 years ago as a certified pre-owned automobile from Universal City Nissan. Although, it's about a 50 minute drive from my house and can be over an hour when the traffic is especially bad, I still bring my car to the same dealer because of the outstanding service provided. I particularly single out Onofre Olivas for his outstanding customer service. I appreciate his honesty, his attention to detail and the fact that my car is always ready at the time promised. I appreciate that a free loaner car has always been available when needed. I have my car serviced regularly and, thanks to your service department, it still runs well and, in my opinion, looks better than the newer models. More
