WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT are the kindest words that I can use to describe the staff at Universal Nissan. If their mouth is moving, they are lying. I was not sure how things would work out because my credit was okay. But I was talking to Berry and he made thins so smooth and comfortable. There was no pressure to do anything.
