I bought my car from Universal about a year ago and I love it! Ron Thomas was the sales person who assisted me in choosing the right vehicle for me. Cesar Robles assisted me with financing and provided an excellent description of the extended warranty service plan and service maintenance plan. I purchased both and don't regret a thing. I have visited the dealership several times for routine maintenance and everyone remembers me and is extremely friendly. In January 2011 I had a part replaced on my car and my warranty covered everything and even paid for a rental for 2 days! It was awesome! I love Universal Hyundai and Nissan! More

Axel was polite and respectful throughout the process of purchasing a used vehicle. He did his best to honor the price I was willing to pay. He also went out of his way to get some nicks on the car touche purchasing a used vehicle. He did his best to honor the price I was willing to pay. I contacted Ray through the internet probably 11/2 months before we actually went in he kept in touch with me even though I was undecided about a purchase . We were able to work out a deal with the payment we wanted. He had the vehicle detailed and went over evrything with us even programming radio and most importantly setting up the bluetooth with our cell phones which I am not sure I could ever have done on my on . I really enjoyed my experience at Universal. Chris was a great salesman and very knowledgable. I did not enjoy the fact that the monthly payment that I was told on the phone went from 350.00 to 500.00+ upo great salesman and very knowledgable.
