Relieved to Find A Dealership That Cares About Customers After having a terrible experience at Puente Hills Mitsu, I was hesitant to try my luck at any other dealership. But after finally deciding to call Un After having a terrible experience at Puente Hills Mitsu, I was hesitant to try my luck at any other dealership. But after finally deciding to call Universal, the entire process/staff was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting to stay all day for service, but after an hour, my car was ready and they had even washed it. They also inspect your car from the start, to document existing damages on your car. This made me more relaxed, as it lead me to believe that they actually care about their customers cars. Overall, Armen and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going to them for any/all of my dealership needs. More
