Great Experience Paul is pleasant. This is the second time I've worked with him. I'm moving out of town on short notice and a lot of work had to be done to my car to Paul is pleasant. Paul explained Universal Mitsubishi's services and products clearly, and was considerate of the fact that I was in a hurry. He also gave me a good deal for one stop shopping. Armen and Jose were also nice and helpful. The Cashier was upbeat and asked all the right questions to ensure that I was pleased with my experience overall. Universal Mitsubishi provides a comfortable, professional and modern environment. I wasn't look forward to driving from Los Angeles to Duarte and back, but since the experience was headache free, I'd say it was well worth the effort. More

Killer service department Paul got my Outlander in quickly so I could get back to work. I dropoed it off on my break and made it back on time. Did 45000 service. Simply the Best! I have a couple of Monteros, used to have an Outlander sport and have been servicing them at Universal Mitsubishi, because their Service department I have a couple of Monteros, used to have an Outlander sport and have been servicing them at Universal Mitsubishi, because their Service department is the most professional I've seen. Paul really knows his cars , the turnaround time is great and the workmanship is top, top notch. Never had an issue!
