2 HOUR OIL CHANGE I called and made an appointment for a oil change ,No up's No extras ,I arrived right on time at 1:00 and I didn't get my Nissan Titan back for 2 hou I called and made an appointment for a oil change ,No up's No extras ,I arrived right on time at 1:00 and I didn't get my Nissan Titan back for 2 hours ...2 HOURS ... Service Outrageous My husband brought my car in for the low tire pressure when the weather dropped down. Mechanic put regular air in my Nissan Altima. I know how to put regular air in my tires thank you. We bring it in to get nitrogen filled. We left message to management regarding the mistake and never got a call back. Just today we went back to dealer to get an oil change and they wanted to charge us to replace the nitrogen in my tires. Unbelievable! And we were loyal customers in that dealer. More

Awesome Experience My wife bought a car from Universal Nissan just 3 days before I went in a bought one for myself. We both used Eduardo Del Rio (salesperson). I disli My wife bought a car from Universal Nissan just 3 days before I went in a bought one for myself. We both used Eduardo Del Rio (salesperson). I dislike the process of buying a new car. However, Eduardo made it pain free and actually fun. I was very picky about what packages I wanted in my new car and he went through each car on the lot in the rain and we narrowed down my choices by exterior color. He was very patient with me and went over my car in detail at delivery time. He also made sure everything was working correctly, lights, signals etc. He really has a lot of knowledge in the vehicles he sales at Universal Nissan. I highly recommend this dealership and also ask for Eduardo!!!!!! I promise you will have a great experience. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER !!!!! From the moment I walked into Universal to the moment I left my experience was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Eduardo Del Rio From the moment I walked into Universal to the moment I left my experience was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Eduardo Del Rio was my salesperson, and was awesome. He explained EVERYTHING to me in detail, leaving nothing undone. The dealership stayed open way after closing until I was finished in Finance. Not one time did I hear anyone complaining about staying past closing time. I have bought many, many cars in my life, and this by far was the most awesome experience. The food court area is a wonderful idea to have in a dealership. Not to mention the food, service and cleanliness is exceptional. Also, a nail salon-which is free if you buy a car. And most importantly Eduardo made me feel like part of the Nissan family. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Eduardo and this dealership. More
