Younes was very helpful to me in explaining all the high tech features of the Nissan Kicks I was interested in and already preprogrammed some features before I drove off the lot. Keith in finance offered an extended warranty which I refused and he also did not put any pressure on me to purchase or make me feel like I was making a mistake. I came in with financing already and no pressure to use their financing. So basically no pressure all around. More

Must be desperate to sell cars. Salesman Daniel B Lied, misdirected. It was not a win-win as I was pre-approved for a loan, asked them to NOT run credit yet they did it anyway. I signed a document that for "$20k purchase price out the door". Daniel came back saying he did better and got it for $17900. Well that wasn't true. Don't take them for their word, get all in writing during the negotiations as they will switch it on you. More
